Caso Clínico: Técnica Cadlwell-Luc Bilateral con Piezo Eléctrico.

Resumen
La técnica de elevación de seno maxilar Caldwell-Luc es un procedimiento quirúrgico utilizado en odontología, con el objetivo de aumentar el volumen óseo en el seno maxilar, para posteriormente la colocación de implantes dentales, en la región posterior del maxilar superior, donde la reabsorción ósea y la expansión del seno maxilar, aumentan si existe ausencia de un órgano dentario. Mediante la regeneración ósea guiada con técnica Cadlwell-Luc. Se presentan un caso clínico con el uso de piezo eléctrico, con la finalidad de mencionar las indicaciones, técnica y consideraciones a realizar.

Abstract
The Caldwell-Luc maxillary sinus augmentation technique is a surgical procedure used in dentistry, with the objective of increasing bone volume in the maxillary sinus, for later the placement of dental implants, in the posterior region of the upper jaw, where resorption bone loss and expansion of the maxillary sinus increase if there is an absence of a dental organ, through guided bone regeneration with the Cadlwell-Luc technique. Two clinical cases are presented with the use of piezoelectric, with the purpose of mentioning the indications, technique and considerations to be made.
