Gestión eficiente (Una propuesta de intervención).

Resumen
Gestión es la ejecución y el monitoreo de los mecanismos, las acciones y las medidas necesarios para la consecución de los objetivos de la institución, implica un fuerte compromiso de sus actores con la institución y también con la eficacia y eficiencia de las acciones ejecutadas. Objetivo: La evaluación diagnostica del docente de Clínicas Odontológicas Integrales (COI) sobre la gestión, finalizando con un listado de recomendaciones, que podrían mejorar la gestión escolar. Metodología: Descriptiva, se aplicaron encuestas a cuatro grupos del personal docente que constituyen la organización administrativa de estas clínicas, configuradas al reglamento general de COI, y diseñadas para contestar en escala de Likert. Resultados: la mayoría del personal docente no tiene conocimiento sobre lo que es gestión, cuando opinan de la gestión institucional actual, la entienden como la idea de las necesidades que hay en las clínicas. Conclusiones: La mayoría del docente desconocen que existe un reglamento donde están manifestadas sus funciones y atribuciones, aun cuando refieren que los reglamentos de clínicas no se cumplen en su totalidad. Las recomendaciones que sugieren se resuelven, si se cumple el reglamento. Este se debería dar a conocer al contratar el personal, y a través de órganos colegiados.

Abstract
Management is the implementation and monitoring mechanisms, actions and measures necessary to achieve the objectives of the institution, implies a strong commitment of the actors with the institution and with the effectiveness and efficiency of the actions executed. Objective: Evaluation of teacher knowledge diagnosed Comprehensive Dental Clinics (IOC) management, ending with recommendations to improve school management. Methodology: qualitative surveys four teaching groups that make up the administrative organization of these clinics, set the general rules of the IOC, and designed to answer Likert scale were applied. Results: most teachers have no knowledge about what is management, when you think of the current institutional management. They understand it as the idea of the needs that exist in the clinics. Conclusions: Teachers mostly unaware that there is a rule where its functions and powers are, even when they refer to clinics regulations are not met in full. The recommendations suggest teachers resolved if the regulations are met. Which should make known to hire staff or through corporate bodies.
